Let’s face it, sometimes street food just sounds incredible. Greasy french fries, hot dogs, hamburgers… lately, however, it seems like food truck vendors are getting more creative – and downright crazy – with their fare. From vegan grub to desserts to tacos to crepes, mobile restaurants are changing the way we take our lunch breaks.
Cone-shaped food items are particularly popular, as they’re a lot easier to handle when you’re in motion.
Local restaurants are getting in on the action, too, to spread the goods of their kitchens throughout a larger community.
With such great variety and eclectic choices, I personally hope that the food truck fad is here to stay!
